Step 1 of 7  ~ fig.1 the purple areas.

In this first step we will be checking for updates and scanning our system for any out-of-date programs by going online connecting to the electrical/central nervous system and getting feedback from the areas that are out of balance(it hurts there). Step 1 serves to deeply soothe us beginning with the Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) where inflammation and pain lurk, simultaneously calming frazzled nerves and killing pain in the process. Finishing at the Zero Point plunges us into the parasympathetic mode of rest and repair by tapping directly into our central nervous system cord, our spinal cord... and we're IN!

Step 1 is divided in 3 Areas:

1(a) to 1(b) Area Contains Reflexes for :

• Sneezing
• Internal Ear
• Tonsils
• Nephritis
• Metabolism
• Sexual Compulsion
• Skin Disorders
• Circulatory System
• Alertness

1(b) to 1(c) Area Contains Reflexes For:

• Analgesic
• Allergy
• Lower Blood Pressure
• Autonomic Sympathetic Nervous System
• Hemorrhoid
• Genitalia
• Urethra
• Prostate
• Anus
• Rectum
• Diaphragm

1(c)  Contains Reflexes For:

• Zero Point of Calm
